Busting Myths About Adoption and Fostering

10/03/2019

Do you think you have what it takes to be a foster carer to a child in need? Well, Bristol is among the many urban areas where carers are required. On Saturday morning, local television service Bristol TV met up with the City Council's Social Services department to clarify some myths about fostering. With lots of gay and trans people coming out at a young age, the need for good, safe and inspirational role models has become more recognised. So, if you think you would like to find out more information, then pop along to Bristol City Council's website and search Fostering and Adoption.
